How it works
The formulation of Amblyline is optimized to release a consistent number of predatory mites each day, ensuring continuous coverage. Amblyseius cucumeris feeds on first instar thrips larvae (L1), which helps reduce pest populations before they mature. It does not attack larger larvae or adult thrips. Development time from egg to adult is 6–9 days at 24°C (75°F), aligning well with the life cycle of Western Flower Thrips. Optimal performance occurs at temperatures between 19–27°C (66–80°F) and relative humidity of 65–75%.
