Get to know Casey

Casey brings a wealth of experience from both the agricultural and sales sectors. Born in Kingsville and raised on Versnel Family Farm, he has developed a deep understanding of field and greenhouse crop production, farm operations, and equipment management. This hands-on background provides him with a strong foundation for supporting our customers and understanding their day-to-day needs.

Beyond the farm, Casey has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to his community. Since 2001, he has served as a volunteer firefighter with the Kingsville Fire Department, a role that has shaped his leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills under pressure. He is also an active contributor to organizations such as the Harrow Fair Board, Ontario Federation of Agriculture, and the Essex County Plowman Association—further highlighting his dedication to the agricultural community.

Casey also has experience managing customer relationships and sales of advanced greenhouse technologies, including automation systems, irrigation, and labour tracking solutions.
