Depending upon which cultural practice and growing conditions are used, fruit bodies form in either clusters or individually. The mature mushroom is shell shaped and measures from 5cm to 15cm (2 to 6 inches) across with even margins turning wavy with maturity and an off-centered stipe.
General Growing Charateristics
3015 is a fast growing Pleurotus with high yields that is adaptable to many different growing conditions and substrates. Like its wild relatives, 3015 does best in a fall or winter climate, but can be grown year round under controlled climate conditions.
