Tricholine TA contains minute (< 1 mm) parasitic wasps of the Trichogramma species. Females lay their eggs inside pest eggs, with the product offered in patented biodegradable card distributors for convenient use. Initially developed for use on Tuta absoluta in tomatoes, it is suitable for a wide range of lepidopteran pests, and can be applied in crops such as tomato, bell peppers, eggplant, ornamentals, tobacco, and bananas.

How it works
Trichogramma larvae develop inside pest eggs and consume the contents before they can mature into caterpillars. Adult Trichogramma may also feed on host eggs by stinging them and consuming liquid at the sting site, leaving the host egg non-viable without external signs of parasitism.
