Neoseiulus cucumeris monitoring agent
Neoseiulus cucumeris (formerly Amblyseius cucumeris) is a predatory mite belonging to the Phytoseiidae family, which mainly feeds on eggs and thrips larvae, but can also reduce populations of broad mites and cyclamen mites. It has excellent mobility on the underside of leaves and on flowers, and can survive in the absence of prey if it is found on pollen-rich plants such as peppers.
