Royal Brinkman supplies products and solutions to the Canadian horticultural sector. We specialize in crop fertility, crop protection, greenhouse hygiene, and crop rotation. 

We work with large scale greenhouse operations, nurseries, and mushroom facilities. Exclusively focusing on this sector allows us to provide expert knowledge, along with the specialized products and equipment necessary to maximize yields for Canadian growers.

Where is Royal Brinkman Canada located?

We have locations in Guelph, Ontario, and in Kingsville, Ontario. For company addresses, please visit our contact page. We also have Account Managers across Ontario and in Quebec, who work with customers throughout the entire country. Do I need an account to buy from Royal Brinkman?

Yes, whether you're looking to purchase through our webstore or work with your assigned Account Manager to make purchases, you'll first need to be set up with an account. 

I have a hobby farm or personal back yard greenhouse; can I get an account?

Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate you. We specialize in servicing horticulture companies that deal in larger product volumes. We recommend that you contact your local garden supply company or greenhouse.

What is the Royal Brinkman Group?

Royal Brinkman Canada is part of the Royal Brinkman Group, which is headquartered in the Netherlands. Founded in 1885, Royal Brinkman now operates in 12 countries using local representation and expertise, backed by global support. 


 

 

Using the Royal Brinkman Webshop

How do I get access to the webshop?

If you're existing customer with Royal Brinkman Canada, it's as simple as contacting your Account Manager or clicking here to let us know you'd like webshop access. If you're not a customer, then we'll first have to set you up with an account. You can start the process by clicking here. Once we've received the form, we'll let you know what the next steps are. 

Why can't I see the price on a product?

If you're logged into your company account, you'll see your customized pricing. We service different sectors in the horticulture industry, so some products aren't relevant for the different sectors. If there is a product you would like to have added, please contact your Account Manager. If a product has a "Call for Quote" button, the product has various options, configurations, or customizations. You can contact your Account Manager or use the Request a Quote option to find out more. 

Can I change my password?

Yes, and we recommend changing your password regularly. From the "Account" icon at the top of the page, click on "user preferences." Next, simply fill in the "Change Password" box. If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the login page.

 

 

What are the benefits of using the Royal Brinkman webshop?

The webshop allows you to order products 24/7. It's also a great tool for repeating regular orders, to view order history, check out your pricing, and get product information. And of course, your Account Manager will still be involved in the entire process. They're only a phone call or email away. 

Where can I find product labels and Safety Data Sheets?

The internal search bar at the top of the page can help you find products. Once viewing the chosen product, there's a "Technical Info" heading where you can find the information you're looking for. If a product is missing a technical document, please contact your Account Manager, or send us an email. Letters of Assurance can be found here.

Can I add or remove people from my webshop account?

Yes. If you're the primary account holder, you can add and remove people in order to control who has permission to access your account. If we receive a form to request webshop access from any existing account, we'll contact the main account holder for verification before sending login credentials.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Your business is a priority for us, so we're always going to get back to you as quickly as possible. If your quote requires more information, we'll reach out to you immediately so the process still moves in a timely manner, while ensuring you get the best value.

Should I contact my Account Manager or go through the website?

Your Account Manager is there to help you with any questions you have. They will be involved in the process even if you go through the website. Feel free to reach out to your Account Manager or Request a quote through the website.

When will I recieve my order?

The delivery terms may vary depending on your location and order. We highly recommend contacting your account manager directly for precise information. If you are a new customer, once you submit your request, you will be connected with your dedicated account manager, who will provide an answer to this question.

How do I order bulk fertilizer?

If you want to inquire about ordering bulk fertilizer through our online calculator, simply reach out to your Account Manager. We can help with collecting, submitting and interpreting water, soil, tissue samples for analysis by accredited labs.
